Curtis_Whitticar is an award-winning chef who has recently relocated from Miami, Florida, where he owned and operated a successful neighborhood restaurant. The Cafe is quickly becoming a locals favorite, and many local businesses have used the Phoenix Café to cater their office parties and meetings.
