The Phoenix : A Restaurant for Everyone

Welcome Matt Dimond, new Excutive Chef at The Phoenix!  Matt has over 25 years of restaurant cooking and creations, more recently as Chef de Cuisine under James Malone of Staccatos.  Matt is serious about food, from fresh ingredients to high quality meats and fish that comprise his eloquent creations.  With creative freedom to add to The Phoenix’s already varied menu of outstanding dishes, we are looking forward to exploring his knowledge of wines to create additional savory dishes, learned from several fantastic chefs from the Sonoma wine country (prior experience from Staccatos).


We invite everyone to come try our incredible culinary delights. We serve a delicious selection of American and International cuisine for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The Phoenix is "A Restaurant for Everyone" offering a casual atmosphere for friends and families.

The Lunch menu includes a selection of homemade soups, fresh salads, unique sandwiches along with other comfort food specials that showcase the talents of our team.

The Dinner menu includes seafood you crave such as:
• Soy-Glazed Salmon • Lump Crab Cakes • Jumbo Shrimp

And red meat so flavorful and tender to include:
• Filet Mignon • Prime Rib • New York Strip

And comfort food we all love as follows:
• Meat Loaf w/gravy • Fish and Chips • Prime Rib dip (The Phoenix Dip)


No matter which entree you choose, you can be assured that the quality and freshness of the products we use show through on every exquisitely prepared dish.

We are also available for catering in Central Oregon for private or corporate events.

Hours:  Sunday - Tuesday 11:30am to 9:00pm      Wednesday - Saturday 11:30am to 10:00pm
